Coronavirus Changes and Telehealth
We have reopened for face to face consultations but still offer telehealth if you would prefer.
- Telehealth (video or phone consultation) – We recommend this if you are worried about one or a few lesions or a rash such as eczema or acne. If you would like to schedule a telehealth consultation, please call 03 9822 9944.
- Face to face consultation – We recommend this if you have had multiple previous skin cancers and/or a previous history of melanoma for total body skin examinations. We strongly encourage you to download the CovidSafe app prior to your visit. By playing your part in providing an effective mechanism to control spread you will assist us to continue to offer direct help to the many vulnerable members of our community who are particularly threatened.
In the interest of the safety of our vulnerable patients and the health care providers, we request and recommend that all of your patients who wish to attend the clinic in person download the COVID safe app recommended by the Australian government.
